Homeowner Education

SJCS is committed to educating current and future homeowners to promote sustainable development in Camden.

SJCS's Homeowner Education Program has two main programs, both of which are free to all participants:

1. Campbell Soup Homeowner Academy: Completion of the Homeowner Academy's two courses, Basics of Money Management and Homeowner Education, is required for anyone interested in purchasing an SJCS home. In 2007, 688 people attended classes through our Homeowner's Academy. Click here to learn more about the Homeowner Academy.

2: Home Maintenance Training Program: This is a voluntary program that teaches home repair and safety principles. The program begins each year in the Spring and Fall at the SJCS office. Click here to learn more about the Home Maintenance Training Program.

To sign up for an SJCS education program or to learn more, please contact James Roche at jroche@sjcscamden.org, call us at (856) 966-8117, or visit our office.
