- Camden Rehab I: Thirty-unit rehabilitation project targeting

abandoned homes in East Camden and Lanning Square/Cooper Plaza. All for homeownership. NJHMFA’s CHOICE program.

 

- Gateway II: Fifteen-unit rehabilitation project targeting abandoned

homes in the Marlton census tract. All for homeownership. NJ Balanced Housing program. HOME funds to be used for construction.

 

- Community Links III: Forty-unit rehabilitation project targeting

abandoned homes in East Camden and Lanning Square/Cooper Plaza. All for homeownership. NJHMFA’s MONI program.

 

- East Camden I: Fifty-unit project, rehabilitation & infill new

construction, targeting abandoned homes and lots in East Camden. All for homeownership. NJHMFA MONI ’03 program. HOME funds to be used for construction.
