In partnership with St Joseph’s Carpenter Society, Camden Community Partnership and the City of Camden have been awarded a planning grant to update the Cramer Hill Neighborhood Plan and develop a vision for the future of our community.  The Plan provides our community an opportunity to access funding for neighborhood projects and improvements addressing housing, public safety, access to services and several other priorities.

Planning Updates

January 21, 2021 – Camden Community Partnership (CCP), Saint Joseph’s Carpenter Society and others held the first Cramer Hill plan steering committee meeting. Agenda can be found here. Notes can be found here. Slides can be found here.

Home Repair Program

myHOME is a homeowner rrehab program available in specific neighborhoods that offers up to $5,000 in grants to assist homeowners with health and safety renovations to their homes, such as new heaters to keep warm, new roofs to replace ones that have been damaged, new windows to lower energy costs, and other renovations to keep residents safe in their homes.
